I first learned of Dennis Bakke's book "Joy at Work" via the Leader Board at Dallas Theological Seminary's Center for Christian Leadership in the spring of 2005.
Since then I have read the book "Joy at Work" and its Bible study workbook and listened to a 5 hour CD set of Mr. Bakke's DTS talk on the subject.
Update (March, 2008) after 2 of these studies in 2007 and attempting to practice at least some of the principles in the bible study, I am now working back through the scriptures and the study (see posting on this subject).
The subject of Theology at Work has been a sincere passion since attending a "Your Work Matters to God" Bible study in early 1990. To say that God has added this material to make a profound impact on my beliefs and ways of conducting myself in the workplace is an understatement.
I pray that I can fulfill His role for me,
Danny Smith

Your participation in this study could be the beginning of a journey toward getting the answers to the questions above plus...
